Richard Gill

Managing Director

Richard has worked in the business with his wife, Rachel, since 2007.  Based in the Chorley office, Richard supports the mortgage advisors and is responsible for maintaining Aspect Mortgage’s strict service standards. Richard spends his spare time with Rachel and their two children.  He loves to travel, particularly in Africa & Asia and is a season ticket holder at Newcastle United.

Rachel Gill

Non-Executive Director

Rachel started work as a Mortgage Advisor in 1999 and set up her own firm, Aspect Mortgages, in 2004.  Rachel now is responsible for building/maintaining client and introducer relationships.  Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, is an avid cook, loves walking with friends and regularly practices yoga.

Carly Skelding

Operations Manager

Carly started in the business as an Administrator before being promoted to Case Manager and then Operations Manager.  Carly keeps the business running smoothly, manages our life insurance cases and helps ensure that our service standards are met at all times.  In her spare time Carly enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons – usually kicking a ball around or standing at the side of a football pitch.  She is a keen runner and has entered several local races.

Neil Massam

Mortgage & Protection Advisor

Neil has worked in financial services for over 20 years and joined Aspect Mortgages in 2017.  He has a thorough knowledge of the financial world and enjoys being out and about, spending time with his clients and introducers.  When not at work he enjoys time with his family, has a love of DIY and is a long-standing season ticket holder at Everton FC.

Sue Slack

Mortgage & Protection Advisor

Sue began working in the financial sector in 2002 as a Mortgage Administrator. This role allowed her to build a good in-depth knowledge of mortgage processes, before becoming a fully qualified Mortgage advisor in 2006. Since then she has continued to work within the mortgage sector both for Financial Advisors and in an Estate Agency setting before making the move to Aspect Mortgages. Her main focus is helping people with one of the most important transactions they are likely to make, in a professional but friendly manner.

Mark Green

Mortgage & Protection Advisor

Mark has been a Mortgage Advisor since 2014 and has a wealth of industry knowledge and experience from previous Mortgage advisor roles working for major high street banks.  He loves helping customers meet their needs whilst priding himself on delivering high levels of service.  Mark likes to spend time with his family in his spare time, which mostly involves running around after his two-year-old son.  He also enjoys socialising with friends, running and is a keen Liverpool supporter.

Andrea Hesketh

Case Manager

Andrea comes from a legal background having been a legal secretary for 20 years and made the move to Aspect Mortgages in 2024 as Case Manager.  In her spare time, she likes to watch films, take long walks and enjoys her annual staycation to Polperro, Cornwall.
