Independent equity release advice from a family-run Chorley firm, established in 2004. We work with homeowners aged 55 and over across Lancashire, Greater Manchester and nationwide, helping you understand your options clearly and without pressure.
Based in Chorley, Lancashire, we provide trusted equity release advice to homeowners across the North West including Manchester, Southport, Preston and beyond. Whether you are looking to supplement your retirement income, fund home improvements, or help family members financially, we will explain every option clearly and recommend a plan only when it is right for you. If equity release is not the right solution, we will tell you, and we can discuss remortgaging or other alternatives instead.
Our advice fee is £1,495, taken from the money released on completion. Nothing to pay upfront, and nothing to pay if your case does not go ahead.
