Making decisions for the future is about care, responsibility, and reassurance. We can help you create an estate plan that secures your wishes and protects the people who matter most.

Estate planning is the process of setting out what will happen to your assets, responsibilities, and decisions if you pass away or become unable to manage them yourself. It covers both financial and personal matters, from protecting property and savings to ensuring your family can make decisions on your behalf when necessary.
With the right plan, you can:
Safeguard your home and assets for the people you choose
Reduce stress and conflict for your family during difficult times
Ensure your wishes are respected both legally and personally
Create tax-efficient arrangements that preserve more of your estate
Through our in-house estate planning arm, Aspect Lifetime Services, we provide clear and supportive guidance on wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, and related arrangements. We explain your options step by step so you can make confident decisions and put legally sound plans in place.

A will makes sure your estate is distributed according to your wishes rather than leaving the decision to the courts. We guide you through writing a will that covers your property, finances, personal items, and guardianship decisions.

Trusts can protect assets for children, dependants, or future generations, and they can also provide tax benefits and flexibility. We help you understand if a trust is right for your circumstances and make sure it is set up properly.

An LPA allows someone you trust to make decisions on your behalf if you are unable to do so. This can cover financial matters, health, and care. We explain how LPAs work, who can act for you, and how they are registered.
Aspect Mortgages believes estate planning should be personal and practical. Our advice is led by Rachel, a member of the Institute of Professional Willwriters (IPW), which means every recommendation follows strict professional standards. You benefit from knowledge built over many years, combined with an approach that respects your family and your future.
We take time to listen to what matters to you and explain each step clearly. By the end of the process, you have arrangements that reflect your wishes, are legally sound, and are trusted to protect the people who matter most.
