We thought it was timely to match our brilliant new website (have you explored around?), with a friendly monthly catch-up, where we can pass you the heads-up on some of the latest news, offers, services and information our brilliant team have at their fingertips. Let’s start by getting to know each other, so you can step into summer knowing we’re ready and on your side for all your moving, mortgage, equity, insurance and finance needs.

Our Story

We’re a family-oriented team, run by Rachel & Richard Gill. You can read our full history here. What’s really important is that, over 20 years later, our founding passion for providing clear, honest guidance that clients can trust has remained just as strong, and valued by an increasing pool of new and repeat clients. We’re so proud to have grown through word-of-mouth and repeat business: proof of our integrity, dedication and personal focus. Helping clients through their changing life stages- even down the generations, now- is a privilege and responsibility that we take seriously- but not unsmilingly: building relationships, being 100% “human”, and sharing many smiles, is what makes an Aspect journey pleasurably unique.

Our Team

Because we couldn’t do it without each and every experienced and enthusiastic one of them. MD Richard steers the ship ceaselessly to our vision, supported by Rachel’s incredible wealth of experience. Operations Manager Carly Skelding inspires the team with unsurpassable energy and dedication to client care. Neil Massam and Mark Green put every client’s individual needs first for mortgage, protection and equity release expertise at Aspect HQ, while Sue Slack does the same for her fortunate clients just over the Pennines. Our Outlook

Based in Chorley, we’re dedicated to being rooted in our community. Being able to purchase our office premises on St Thomas’s Road in 2022 gives us a real presence in our neighbourhood, and a welcoming open door (and coffee and biscuits) for face-to-face visits. We’ve loved gradually renovating it, introducing sustainable insulation and systems to reduce our carbon footprint, something that’s also helped us understand the revolutionary new green mortgages from the inside-out. It also enables us to support our brilliant fellow independent High Street businesses, from next-door Ebb & Flo bookshop to our fantastic regular street markets. We walk our regular cohort of “Aspect Office Dogs” in Astley Park.
