Who you will deal with

Your adviser at Aspect is your main contact for your case, and we keep you updated at each stage. The lender assesses your application and issues the mortgage offer, a solicitor handles the legal work, and an insurance provider arranges your protection insurance. Our guide to the mortgage in principle explains the Agreement in Principle that we obtain at the mortgage research stage.

Where to go next

If you are buying your first home, our first-time buyer guide walks through each stage of the process, and our home mover page covers selling and buying at the same time. If you would like to talk any part of the process through call us on 01257 812345.
