Hayley Kirk

Hayley's background in the legal sector has given her exactly the skills a case manager needs: attention to detail, strong organisational ability and a clear understanding of why accuracy and communication matter at every stage of a process. Since joining Aspect in early 2026 she has put all of that to good use, supporting the advisers with case work and protection and making sure nothing falls through the cracks between application and completion.

She may be the newest member of the team, but clients and colleagues alike would not know it. She has become a reliable and valued part of how the firm operates.

Outside work, Hayley lives with her family and two dogs. She enjoys long walks, camping weekends and is an avid reader, once getting through six books in ten days.
