Introducers:

Refer with confidence

For trusted professionals whose name rides on every recommendation they make. We're a whole-of-market, family-run firm, independent of any bank or estate agency, and we'll look after the people you refer exactly the way you would. You introduce; the regulated advice stays with us.

What your clients can expect

  • Whole-of-market advice from 100+ lenders

  • Independent, unbiased recommendations

  • Treated exactly the way you'd treat them

  • Clear advice by phone, video or in our Chorley offices

  • Kept updated from first contact to completion

  • Looked after by a family-run firm, established 2004

What you can expect

Seven things we bring to every firm that refers clients to us.

Same working day contact

Send us a client during working hours and we will have spoken to them that day. Anything that lands late gets a call first thing the next morning. Every case, not most of them.

A reputation you can check before you rely on it

Rated 5 stars across more than 500 Google reviews, and family run in Chorley since 2004. You are lending us your reputation when you refer, so have a look at ours first.

A referral fee that suits your firm

Some of our introducers take a fee, many do not. Where one is agreed it is calculated on both the lender's fee and our own, paid the week after your client completes, and confirmed in writing before your first referral.

Mortgage and equity release advice, both in house

Whole of market mortgage advice across 100+ lenders, plus equity release and later life lending advised by our own qualified adviser rather than handed to a specialist firm you have never met.

Copy written for your website

If you would like a mortgage or later life page on your own site, we will write it for you. No briefing a copywriter, no worrying about the wording, and nothing for you to approve but the finished thing.

Your own referral link

A link unique to your firm, for your website, your email signature, or to send straight to a client. Anyone who reaches us through it is recorded as yours, even if you never passed their details on.

How it works

Three simple steps. You refer; we do the rest.

1. You introduce

Send us a client through the portal, a quick form, or a simple email. However it suits you. Just the basics to get started; no paperwork, no chasing.

2. We advise

We look after your client exactly the way you would, with whole-of-market advice from over 90 lenders. All regulated mortgage advice sits with us, so your independence stays protected.

3. You stay informed

Follow every referral from first contact to completion through our introducer portal, or let us keep you updated directly. You always know where your client stands.

The introducer portal

Refer and follow your clients in one place. Our introducer portal lets you send a referral in moments and stay updated as it progresses, from first contact through to completion. No chasing, no guesswork, just a clear view of where things stand.

Who you'll be dealing with

Real people, not a call centre. The same trusted team will look after every client you refer.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does referring a client create any liability for me?

No. You simply make an introduction. All regulated mortgage advice sits entirely with Aspect, so the advice, the recommendation and the responsibility are ours.

Will this affect my own independence?

Not at all. Because we're whole-of-market and tied to no bank or estate agency, referring to us protects your objectivity rather than compromising it. You're sending clients to genuinely independent advice.

What happens to my client after I refer them?

They're looked after by our team exactly the way you would look after them, with clear advice by phone, video or in our Chorley offices. You can stay updated at every stage, so you always know where things stand.

Do I have to use the portal?

No. The portal makes referring and tracking simple, but you can refer just as easily by form or email and we'll keep you updated directly.

Do you pay referral fees?

Sometimes, yes. Some partners take a fee for the clients they refer; many refer simply because they trust the outcome and value having somewhere safe to send their clients. There's no fixed arrangement. When we talk, we'll agree something that works for you and your firm.
