Neil joined Aspect Mortgages in 2017, bringing with him more than 30 years of experience in financial services. He advises on mortgages and equity release, and his approach is straightforward: every client gets his full attention, a clear explanation of their options, and a step-by-step process from first conversation to completion.

Neil has spent over 30 years in financial services and knows the mortgage and equity release landscape inside out. Since joining Aspect in 2017, he has built a reputation for making what can feel like a complicated process feel simple and manageable. He holds CERT PFS and CERT CII (MP) qualifications and is a member of the Equity Release Council.
For Neil, this has never been a transactional business. He takes time to understand each client's situation properly before offering any advice, and stays with them through every stage until the job is done. That personal, step-by-step approach is something he has always considered non-negotiable.
Outside work, Neil is a family man through and through. He lives with his partner and their dog, and is a long-standing Everton season ticket holder. He is someone who invests the same commitment in the things that matter to him away from work as he does at his desk, which probably explains why his clients tend to stay with him.
Neil doesn't just arrange mortgages. As one of the team's later life lending specialists, he keeps clients informed about the equity release market, the options available and the questions worth asking before making any decisions. Here's his take on some of the topics that come up most often.
