Carly has been with Aspect since 2014, making her one of the longest-serving members of the team. What started as an administrator role has evolved into something far broader: she now controls almost every part of the business, from the systems and processes that keep cases moving to the day-to-day support that allows the advice team to focus on their clients. Friendly, organised and exceptionally reliable, she is the kind of person every small business needs and not every small business is lucky enough to have.

Working closely with Richard, Carly plays a central role in how Aspect plans, operates and delivers on its service standards. Clients may not always deal with her directly, but they benefit from her work every time.

Outside work, Carly lives with her husband Andy, their two sons and Dotty the dog. She runs when she gets the chance, but most of her time away from the office revolves around her family, which usually means the side of a football pitch on a weekend.
