Ten years at 16 St Thomas's Road

This October marks ten years since Aspect Mortgages moved into 16 St Thomas's Road, Chorley. In the same month we have reached 500 five-star Google reviews.

Family-run since 2004. Rachel Gill founded Aspect in 2004 and Richard Gill joined the business in 2007.

In Chorley since 2016. We moved into 16 St Thomas's Road in 2016 and bought the building in 2022. Owning it has let us make sympathetic, sustainable improvements to the building.

The office is where clients sit down with the Aspect team in person.

500 five-star Google reviews

A Chorley office with clients nationwide

Supporting Chorley

The Big Chorley Sleepout. The Sleepout takes place at Victory Park on Friday 13 November 2026, raising funds for three local organisations supporting people when they need it most. Aspect is one of two event sponsors and our team will be sleeping out. Read more in our post on the Big Chorley Sleepout 2026.

Chorley FC Women. Aspect has agreed a two-year sponsorship of the team.

Chorley FC Community Foundation. In May 2026 Aspect became the first business to sign up as a Friend of the Foundation, and we were part of the Foundation's team for the Big Sock-er Challenge at Victory Park. The details of the Friends scheme are in our post on the Chorley FC Community Foundation.

Beyond Chorley. Aspect also sponsors the Makerfield Ploughing Match and the Player of the Week award at Whitefield Cricket Club, and is sponsoring two barrels at the upcoming Bolton Beer Festival.
